Hello Book Lovers!
On July 14th we will discuss Eagles Over Berlin
by Kati Fabian, a story that begins in 1945 during the Berlin
Airlift with the meeting of John, an American pilot and Esther
a holocaust survivor who meet again during the breaking of the
Berlin Wall.
For August 11th, we will discuss The Year
of Fog by Michelle Richmond a story of Six-year-old Emma who vanished
and her stepmother, Abby, who refuses to believe that Emma is
dead. Abby searches about what happened that morning and cannot
stop the flood of memories reaching from her own childhood to
illuminate that morning on the beach.
