“Almighty God, you already know my heart. You already know my needs but I need to be specific in my request. Lord, I need some work. Not just busy work, but work that can pay the bills. I will be grateful for any work you can send my way, Lord. I am trying to be a responsible father, husband, and employer. Open my mind to the things that will help me grow this business. Open doors in directions that will keep us in business and show me which direction you would have me go. My heart is open to whatever You have in store for me. I ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
Amen”

One more time for Mack. Please deliver her safely home.

God, I know that you take care of all your earthly creatures, but please return my cat, Honey, home, so that I may continue to love and care for her as you do for me. I am very worried about her.

Lord, please watch over St. Paul's and guide your servants as they walk through future endeavors. May they know that you are in control, and that it is Your Will that shall be done. Give us all the wisdom and grace that we so need to enable Your light to shine through us. May St. Paul's remain a beacon of hope to the community that it serves each and every day.

Almighty God, I thank you for all of the gifts you have given me. I ask you to keep your hand on me and guide me through right pathways. Open my mind so that my heart may follow. In these times of economic stress lead me to see the plenty and not the empty. Teach me to leave my fears and strengthen my faith in You. What has seemed like the end has always turned out to be not as bad as I presumed. You have always taken care of me even in the darkest of times. Help me to remember and know that I am not alone and that Your love is all that I need. Help me to be present to you and live a life that reflects Your will. Help me to help others in Your name sake. Amen.

Dear God, Especially at this time of year, please grant us patience and understanding in our daily interactions with each other. Help us to remember that everyone has something they are dealing with, something they are praying about, so fill us with kindness and love for each other! Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, have mercy on me, a sinner. Love and peace to all!

Lord, please be near this weekend as I face a career challenge. Give me the wisdom and peace that passes all understanding to endure the trial, and to know that Your will shall be done.

I give thanks for pulling me through the worst of times. I pray that I will be blessed to provide for myself again and not worry to be without a home, that I may be blessed to help others find and share the same comfort.

Dear Lord, Please keep your church in the palms of Your hands. We are so desperate to survive both spiritually and financially. In Your mercy, please impart peace upon the flock to know how important it is to stay focused on You and only You. Give us the wisdom to know that all things are possible through You, and that Your Will shall be done.

Dear God,
My husband is becoming despondent and there is a hopeless tone to his voice where once the glass was always half full. He is concerned about his job as it continues to decline in its intensity and importance. He is a wonderful man with a spark of genuiness and a hardwork ethic like no one else. Please let someone recognize his fine qualities and value him on their workforce because he is an asset. All praise and glory to you oh Lord this day and forever! Thanks everyone for praying with me!

Dearest God, my Father,
give me grace, strength and wisdom, that I may do what is mine to do today, with joy and faith in you, that you are guiding my heart to make perfect choices for me and my family. Thank you God for my life. I love you, Happy Father's Day!

Lord, please help me as I struggle this day. I want to feel your presence around me like it used to be. I need your light to help me find my place right now. Please help me reunite my family and most importantly, help them to know you again. We are so alone without you in our everyday movements. Help me remember what it is like to lean on You for comfort and peace. May You never leave my side my God and King.

Dear God, remember our brother Alvin who has left the bounds of this life behind. Lord, I know You will open Your heart and welcome Alvin into Your joyous kingdom. He was humble yet proud. His sacrifice to defend our country and allow us to live in peace was a great example for all of us. He always had a joke for any occasion and was quick to defer any praise. He was just a man but his faith in you was boundless. He loved being at
St. Paul's and he will be missed by many. I thank You Lord for the opportunity to know Alvin and the time we shared together.
Amen!

Please increase my faith so that I might be aware of Your presence at all times.

Dear God, please guide me towards you, so that I may know you.

April 15, 2011 at 7:12 am

Please Lord, may we all live in peace and harmony, and treat each other as we would like to be treated. May I not take all the blame on myself for my broken relationship, so I can be at peace and strong to move on, as my partner has, bless him. Please keep us very special to each other. God Bless All My Family and Friends, and everyone in the whole wide world.
